Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are not available for opened or used personal-care items for hygiene reasons.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
